My dad called and told us there were some baby killdeer for us to see. I brought my camera, of course, and took some pictures. My sister and I even got to hold one of the fluffy little babies. So cute!

Here is a link for more about them. I’m not sure if it says this at the link, but killdeers actually make their nest in a little hollow in the road. Their eggs look like gravels, so sometimes they get run over. 😦 Here’s the link: (you can copy and paste it to your search engine.) Happy learning!
