YOU GUYS, I’M PREGNANT, AHH! *beams* I’ve been keeping this a secret for a few months, but since everything is going well and we found out the gender + got pictures, I’m finally ready to make this post. I am SO excited to share my pregnancy journey thus far.

I had so much fun photographing my sister and her new fiancé, especially because they are SO CUTE and photogenic, oh my! Last weekend our friends hosted their annual fall festival and, as usual, I got to be one of the event photographers! The day was filled with family competitions, the fanciest pies, bonfires, dancing, and apples + pumpkins. Enjoy some snapshots from this fun day!

My whole family spent last weekend at Smith Mountain Lake – boating, kayaking, swimming, tubing, water-skiing… It was great fun! And we were so sore afterward, haha.

We’re back from Florida vacation with Sully’s family! We made tons of great memories, enjoyed oceans and pools, played board games and night volleyball, ate lots of ice cream, laughed at the antics of 11 nieces and nephews, and survived a ridiculously awful (and contagious) stomach virus.
I have way too many good photos to fit in one post, so look forward to more pictures and stories to come! I’ll start us off with a collection of beach and pool photos. Keep scrolling for adorable small children and pretty oceans.

Our family friends the Borns love to host big events and parties at their farm. Recently they put on their famous “Spring Fling” which includes a family obstacle course, crosscut-sawing and doughnut-eating contests, a cupcake-baking competition, barn dancing, and more. I was the “lead photographer” for the event and had so much fun wandering around capturing pictures of laughter, cute kids, and pretty scenery.
