Despite this month’s photoshoot happening indoors because of the cold, it turned out SO CUTE AND BEAUTIFUL, AHHH. Sophia is such a photogenic little girl. All my photographer mom dreams are coming true, hehe.
I love looking back on these photoshoots and seeing just how fast our baby is growing up. Hopefully you enjoy them too! Read on for a bunch of day-brightening pictures of our sweet chub friend.
I have been excited to put her in this little tutu dress since I received it, but I waited too long and she barely fit. Sadness!

The sweetest girl. ā¤

I love her fuzzy hair and plump li’l cheeks in this one.

A few chubby details. I LOVE THE ROLLS GAH.

She is impressively strong. I got her to stand up by herself for a bit by propping her against the pillows.

I took these pictures the next day and had even better lighting. Honestly I’m quite impressed, for an indoor photoshoot. š

She’s only rolled over by herself a handful of times, but she can already sit up on her own!

THE TUTU DRESS. THE BOW. And her “Snowphia” onesie. XD

At her pediatrician appointment at the beginning of this month, she was about 70th percentile for weight, 85th for height, and 92nd for head size. HAHA that must be why she’s so cute!

And she was a SUPER early teether, with her first tooth coming in even before she turned four months. Now she has an extra cute toothy grin.

This is one of my top favorites from the shoot – such a signature Sophia smile. What a charmer.

We get to wake up to smiles like these every morning and it’s the best thing ever, even if the night has been rough.

More details. I had a hard time capturing her cinnamon roll wrists which look like someone tied a piece of dental floss around the chub. :’D

Big, beautiful eyes. ⤠They’re still an indeterminate color, although in the middle picture they look very similar to mine – a sort of hazel, with brown in the center and gray/green/blue around the edges.

Harsh shadows usually aren’t ideal for portrait photography but I think it works great with this shot.

Also harsh lighting but ALSO CUTE. Her customary startled expression and fuzzy hair.

We had to do some mushroom sweater pictures! She’s really fitting into it well now. This picture makes me smile.

Honestly the sweater and skirt combo is pretty stylish these days, you know? XD

Trying to get her fingers into her mouth I think. Silly baby.

And we’ll end with these two shots that I took a couple weeks earlier when she would only sleep in the swing because of a cold. We’ve had the hardest time getting her to sleep in her crib again, ugh. But I did get some cute pictures from it all. š

I hope these pictures brought you as much joy as they did for me. š We’re so grateful for another month with our sweet girl. It’s been a bit of a rough time sleep-wise with recovering from colds and sickness, but she has continued to get brighter and more interactive and stronger every day. So fun to watch her grow.
Thanks for reading, my friends, and have a lovely day!

She’s so beautiful! I love the fuzzy hair stage!! And one of my daughters sat unassisted before she rolled, isn’t that funny. Babies do what they do!

Wow, she’s grown so much! Sophia is such a beautiful baby! I love her prominent eyebrows; they seem to have your shape. š
That smile would make anyone’s day light up!!!
So sorry that she’s not sleeping well and that there’s been sickness. Hope ya’ll recover soon and she’ll get used to her crib again. š

She really has! Every month’s pictures look different. Hehe thanks, I love her eyebrows too. Sully and I both have similar, thick brows, so I guess she got them from both of us!
It’s alright. Lack of sleep is part of having a baby. I just wish I didn’t make it harder for myself by not falling right back to sleep. Thankfully she has at least conquered the crib problem it seems. Phew!
Thank you for reading, Valentine, and blessings to you as well!
