Hello friends!
Back in the day, I used to photograph my family’s pets all the time for this blog. I decide to go back and visit them with my camera the other day to get some cute shots for you guys. Read on for adorable portraits of three rabbits, two goats, a dog, and a cat.

We’ll start with Lavender and Basil, who share a stall. They were just chillin’ in the corner when I came to visit.

Basil is our oldest rabbit at over six years old. For a flashback, check out this ancient post of when she was a baby. Even with my less-than-stellar old photography, THE PICTURES ARE SO CUTE.

Lavender is a lovely, calm rabbit with beautiful fur. So pretty and silvery!

This picture reminded me so much of when Megan and I made a bunny calendar. Click here see some quality bunny photography. 😀

Peeking up over the doorstep…

Lavender looking cute and chubby. 🙂

Next, we’ll pay a short visit to Oregano, the male rabbit in a separate stall. He’s super fluffy and friendly but seemed a bit sad and shy that day.

He still came over to my lap to investigate though. Lionheads have so much fluff, ah.

Moving on from rabbits to goats! This is Nellie, Carmen’s unicorn goat. She used to have two horns but one just… broke off. :[] She can still glare just as fiercely though.

Goats are not very dignified animals, oh deeeear.

There we go, she looks much more charming in this picture. Almost like she’s smiling, heh.

If you’ve been reading long enough, you might remember this photoshoot from when Nellie was tiny and so was my sister Carmen.

Ned is a fairly recent addition, adopted partly to give Nellie company. He’s a curious fellow.

He’s actually a pretty photogenic little goat as well. And even has two horns!

Ned was all riled up the day I visited for some reason – he kept skipping and leaping around.

I actually love this picture! The light is so pretty.

That’s it for the goats. Moving on to the “single pets,” hehe. I only got one good picture of my family’s black lab, Pepper, as she was too busy playing with our neighbors’ brown lab.

We can’t forget Fred! Can you spot a cat in hiding?

There we go. We’ll end with this friendly kitty. This is about the best shot I have since he immediately came over to rub against me and get too close to the camera after this, hehe.

Wow, I didn’t expect putting this post together to be so nostalgic for me. :’) If you’re interested in seeing the pets when they were little, definitely check out the old posts I linked to throughout this one.
Which pet’s portraits were your favorite? Do you have any pets?
Thanks so much for reading, my friends, and have a lovely day!
