A Collection of Sunsets

Lately I’ve been taking a bunch of pictures of sunsets. You may know this already but I l♥ve sunsets – they’re one of my favorite things to photograph!

Sunset #1: This first sunset had a gorgeous fiery sky with one of the biggest spreads I have ever seen!

allisonbaby-bunnies-053-1280x960allisonbaby-bunnies-060-1280x960

sunset-1-1280x960
I edited this one – maybe a bit too much. :/ But I love the composition with the silos to one side!

Sunset #2: I was swinging in the hammock and saw this sunset which was really more of a glow. It’s much more subtle and soft, but still bee-you-ti-ful.

Look at all the power lines in the next photo! Argh! In the photo after that I erased the power lines. It took me forever, but it worth it, don’t you think?!

allisonbaby-bunnies-206-1280x960

sunset-2-1280x960
So much prettier!
sunset-3-1280x960
I took out the power lines here too.

Sunset #3: I noticed this sunset because it made a building look red, it was so bright!

allisonbaby-bunnies-006-1280x960

sunset-4-1280x960
Again, I removed the power lines. Doesn’t this almost look like a sunrise? (Not that I would know since I practically never get up early enough to watch one. XD

Which sunset was your favorite?

P. S. CrazyGirl is hosting a challenge kind of like WordCrafters on her blog! Check out the rules and fun characters here.

Life on the Farm + BIBPC

I thought I’d do a little post about what’s been going on around the farm lately. Heh heh, it kind of turned out to be a big post, but anyway…

The main thing that Dad has been doing is harvesting corn. Some of the corn grew almost 15 feet tall this year! That’s really tall, even for corn.

allisonbaby-bunnies-flowers-032-1280x960
Ahh, so peaceful.
allisonbaby-bunnies-flowers-033-1280x960
Dad uses a GPS system to plant his corn in nice straight rows.

The corn harvester (or chopper, as we call it) is on the left.

For Nature Study this week we learned about corn. Even though I already knew a lot about how it looked, it was neat to learn the reasons behind corn’s appearance. Here are a few fun facts:

  • If you break a corncob in half, supposedly there will always be an even number of kernels around the circumference!
  •

Corn stalks look kind of like bamboo, with little “joints” at intervals. These joints are called “nodes” and they help strengthen the stalk while still keeping it elastic enough to survive strong winds.

  •

Corn has the parts of a flower, even though you can’t see any pretty blossoms. The tassels are the stamen, and the silk is actually the pistil. Pollen falls from the tassels through the silk (yes, each piece of silk is actually a tiny tube!) to pollinate the seeds (corn kernels).

  •

There is one piece of silk for each kernel! If a corncob isn’t fully filled out, it’s because the kernel wasn’t pollinated correctly.

  •

When it’s really dry, the leaves of the corn roll up to preserve moisture.

Here are the two corn pages in my nature notebook:

allisonpets-walk-skidloader-060allisonpets-walk-skidloader-061

Wow. How amazing is the attention to detail God has shown in this seemingly simple plant?!

So there’s your mini nature study for today. 😉

Now for BIBPC. This is the poster I made to get extra points. 😉

And this is my entry! The category was “Shiny.”

Story Behind the Photo: I took this picture of Violet, a barn cat, several months ago. She has super pretty green eyes! They’re also shiny (well, obviously), so you can see the reflection of me and my siblings on the other side of the wire.

These are some edits I made just for fun:

I LOVE THIS PICTURE!

I enjoyed BIBPC, Megan! Thanks for hosting it. 🙂

My my, this was quite a long post. XD Thanks for reading!

Did you learn anything new about corn or how we harvest it? Do you do Nature Study in your school/homeschool?

P. S. I’m sure you all know that today is the fifteenth anniversary of 9/11/01. Please take time to remember the heroes of that terrible day and to pray for those who lost loved ones . ♥♥♥

Fairly Fun! {{Fair Entries 2016}}

For those of you (like Christian Homeschooler*wink*) who wanted to know how our county fair turned out and if we won any ribbons, behold, a fair post. 😀

First of all, these are the things I entered in the fair:

fair stuff 1.jpg

  1. Cross stitch cousins (from this post)
  2. Blue jay painting
  3. Clay dragon (see the Etsy listing here)
  4. Miniature clay doughnuts (from this post)
  5. Dorothy the doll (from this post)
  6. Clay fawn (I made this for my sister’s birthday a couple of years ago.)
  7. Clay rose earrings
  8. Clay rose necklace
  9. Painted rocks (from our room makeover)
  10. Quillow (Megan, my cousins, and I all took a sewing class for this!)
  11. Casey drawing

Sorry some of the things are kind of hard to see. :/

And of course I entered all the photos from this post. (Good gracious I use a lot of links in my posts.)

053-1024x768

Here’s another picture of the quillow. Have you ever heard of a quillow? It’s basically a 2-in-1 blanket and quilt. You can unfold it to make a blanket, stuff the quilt into the pillowcase to make a pillow, or display it like this. It’s super neat! Thanks so much, Gram, for bringing us to the classes and helping me fix my quilt. ♥♥♥

051-1024x768

This year was really fun and successful for me! I always love entering things in the fair, even though I don’t win ribbons for all my entries. It’s so exciting to search for your entries and look at other kids’ (and adults’) creations in the Exhibit Hall!

So, now for the ribbons I did win:

054-1024x768
Sheesh, Allison, what a mess. XD

I won a ribbon (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) for every entry except for my drawings and the baseball photo! Woohoo! I also won a sweepstakes ribbon for the clay category (mostly since I entered so many things and sometimes they were the only entries in their category XD ). That was really fun.

All together I won:

12 first place ribbons, 3 second place ribbons, 6 third place ribbons, 1 sweepstake ribbon, aaaannd a total of $72.00! That’s one great thing about our fair – they don’t just give you ribbons, they pay you too! What could be better than that? XD

What is your fair like (if you have one)? Did you enter anything this year? (I’d love to see a picture, if you did!) Did you win any prizes?

**Allison***

P. S. GUYS THE BABY BUNNIES ARE SO CUTE I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE. Random truth.

How About That Bucket List? {Summer Review}

bucket list (640x640)

(Note: Sorry for any complications with this post. :/ I accidentally hit “Publish” before it was ready, so I had to revert it to draft and finish it. Oops!)

At the beginning of summer, I posted a Summer Bucket List, aka some of the things I hoped to do this summer. Are you ready to see how I did?

Key:

Green = Check!

Yellow = Sort of

Red = Nope

(Thanks for the “key” idea, Loren!)

_____________________________________________________________

1. Read the Bible every day. I did pretty well with this! I didn’t read it every single day, but definitely most days. I read through Revelation, Romans, Galatians, and I’m almost done with 1st Corinthians. I’m going to try and continue this goal throughout the year.

2. Go to a movie theater. Yes! We did go to the movie theater for one of the special $1 days. (We saw The Peanuts Movie.) It was a fun experience. 🙂

3. Get more sleep. Heh heh. Probably not. XD I did pretty much stick to my goal of reading my Bible every night before bed and not reading any other books unless it was before 10:30… but I still went to bed late a lot. 😛 So the sleep part, I don’t think so, but the reading schedule, yep!

4. Do stretches more often. Yep! I can just barely touch my toes now. XD I know, that’s pitiful. XD But at least it’s better than at the beginning of summer.

5. Paint and redecorate my room. YES! This was one of the highlights of my summer! You can see my post about the room makeover here. It looks soooo much better now!

6. Improve my swimming. Weeell, I don’t know. It’s kind of hard to tell for sure. I’m not super fast, but I feel like maybe I’m more confident and at home in the water. I love just being underwater – it’s so peaceful and beautiful! I also got a little better at diving… but my flips aren’t too polished yet. XD So I’m going to say I DID improve my swimming, if for no other reason than I swam a lot this summer and feel more comfortable in the water.

7. Watch the Olympics! That was so much fun! I really loved the Olympics. It felt like this year especially I was witnessing history being made: Michael Phelps’ last Olympics, Katie Ledecky smashing the world record, Team USA grabbing another gold for Women’s Gymnastics (not to mention the talented Simone Biles collecting a few more for herself!), Team USA winning the most medals in the Olympics overall, and so much more. Way to go America! 😀

8. Cook something weird. If Turkish Delight counts as weird, then yes, yes I did. (See the recipe here.)

9. Decorate cupcakes with friends. Sadly, we did not get to do this. 😦 Maybe we can make some fall-themed ones this season.

10. Go fishing. Uh… does holding a fishing pole over water for, like, five minutes count? XD We went fishing a tiny bit with some friends while on vacation, but I didn’t catch anything.

11. Make “masterpieces” from my three [or four] favorite mediums. I think so! I made this dragon from polymer clay, sewed a quillow in sewing class, drew Casey (in this post), and took lots of pretty pictures, many of which I posted on this blog.

12. Have a shaving cream fight. This. Was. So. Fun. Ahhh! We should definitely do it again. (See my post about it here.)

13. Do a photoshoot with friends. I did this photoshoot with our friends when they came over and played on the barn roofs with us. 😀 Those are some of my all time favorite photos!

14. Add more things to my Etsy shop. I sold several custom orders over the summer, like this owl, and this German Shepherd dog. I also added some necklace pendants and this dragon to my shop. I sold… let me see, 5 things this summer! Yay! 😀

15. Take lots of pictures on our vacation. I guess it depends on what you mean by “lots.” I took 260 pictures, not counting the ones I deleted. Would you say that’s a lot? I think so. 😀 I did two posts so far (here and here) with some of the pictures.

____________________________________________________________

So out of 15 goals, I completed  11, sort of completed 3, and didn’t complete 1. Pretty good!

This summer was quite eventful. Besides doing the things on my bucket list…

  • I met a blogger (Rebekah) in real life! Sooo fun!
  • I got my wisdom teeth pulled. Youch!
  • My blog got featured on Discover (which you probably already know by now). That also was one of the highlights of my summer.
  • Megan and I entered lots of stuff in the fair, and we won several ribbons! (I’ll probably do a post about my entries…)
  • And Willow, my rabbit, had baby bunnieeeeees! (Another highlight.) They’re SOOOO CUTE I CAN’T STAND IT! See pictures of them here (when they were first born) and here (much fuzzier).

Phew! That was a lot of links. XD

So yeah! That was a short review of my summer. 🙂 What were some of the highlights of your summer? Did you complete your bucket list if you had one?

***Allison***

P. S. Thank you for your prayers for my cousin Leisha. 🙂 Her surgery went very well – thank you, Lord! ♥ She has had some pain, though, so please continue to pray for her recovery. 🙂 ♥♥♥

The Warm and the Fuzzy: Part 5

Are you ready for yet another cuteness overload? Baby bunnies, here we come!

These little guys have grown so fast – they’re now about 2 1/2 weeks old. (Click here to see the first post about them.) I have no words to describe how cute they are except PRECIOUS BALLS OF FLUZZINESS. That’s as close as I can get. But they say pictures are worth a thousand words, so maybe the pictures will help. 😉

I’m going to go in approximately chronological order. The farther you scroll, the cuter they get! But first, I need to tell you their names.

From left to right we have Hank, Higgledy Piggledy (my brother named him – don’t look at me), Blackberry, Lilac, and Drover. Hank is Megan’s, Higgledy Piggledy is Logan’s, Blackberry is Carmen’s, Lilac is mine, and Drover is Jefferson’s.

baby bunnies (1) (1024x768)

OKAY, ARE THEY NOT ADORABLE?

Now we can proceed to watch those balls of fluff grow.

baby bunnies (1) (1024x768)
Sort of cute but sort of ugly…
baby bunnies (2) (1024x768)
Still pretty pink.
baby bunnies (3) (1024x768)
This is Lilac (the silver one) when she was tiny. Look how black she is! You can already see the lighter hairs coming in.
baby bunnies (4) (1024x768)
Blackberry is on the left, and Lilac is on the right.
baby bunnies (2) (1024x768)
Getting fuzzier!

Lilac is getting lighter every day.

Whoa! Compare this picture to the 4th picture. They’re the same rabbits, but Lilac is now silver instead of black!
baby bunnies (9) (1024x768)
Aww!
baby bunnies (1) (1024x768)
AWWW! Soooo cute!
baby bunnies (8) (1024x768)
GAAH I LOVE THIS PICTURE!
baby bunnies (2) (1024x768)
What a snuggle bunny, yes you are! Hank truly is a snuggly bunny.

Hank says, “Hold on here, are you putting me on your blog? Whoa, dude! I’m not ready to be a celebrity!” XD IS THIS NOT THE CUTEST THING?
baby bunnies (10) (1024x768)
Sometimes the bunnies sleep in odd positions, like this…
baby bunnies (11) (1024x768)
OR THIS! She was snuggled down in my lap! AWWWWWWWWWWW!

Now for the finale. Here are all of the bunnies as they look today:

Hank is definitely one of the cutest (in my opinion). He is super snuggly, very fuzzy, and just plain adorable! He might turn out to be long-haired like Willow. I hope so!

baby bunnies (12) (1024x768)

Drover’s fur is really silky – it looks and feels like milkweed fluff. 😀 His eyes are blueish, which is neat because the rest of the bunnies have black eyes. I really hope they’re still blue when he grows up.

baby bunnies (14) (1024x768)

Higgledy Piggledy is the most explorative, I think. Also, I love the cross pattern on his back and his adorable wittle black ears!

baby bunnies (15) (1024x768)

Lilac is “my” bunny, so of course I LOVE her. 🙂 While all of the bunnies are simply adorable, I think Hank and Lilac are the cutest and Lilac is the prettiest. Her fur color (it’s technically called “chinchilla”) is definitely the most unique of the babies. She’s also super cuddly – she usually falls asleep when you hold her. OH. MY GOODNESS. I can’t even…

baby bunnies (16) (1024x768)

Blackberry might be the biggest of all the babies. She’s oh-so-squishy and chubby and fluzzy! She’s completely black – her fur, her eyes, even her claws! Okay, maybe her paws are a teensy bit lighter on the bottom but still… Her dark fur makes her hard to take pictures of, so trust me, she’s cuter in real life! 😀

baby bunnies (13) (1024x768).jpg

AAAAAHHHH ARE THEY NOT THE CUTEST THINGS YOU HAVE EVER SEEN? Ahem. Sorry for all the screaming, it’s just… *Sigh* They’re too cute for they’re own good. Also a side note: we don’t actually know their gender yet, we just named them whatever we wanted. 😉

Holding a sleeping baby bunny is seriously one of the best things that could happen to your life. My heart is melting in the blaze of cuteness… XD

Now that you’ve seen them all, you can vote for your favorite bunny, right down there. ↓ Who will win the cutest bunny award? 😀

It looks like we have come to the end. XD

baby bunnies (17) (1024x768)

I hope you enjoyed this post! I did. 🙂

P. S. Do you like my new background?

Beauty from Ashes, Part 1 (+BIBPC)

Hello, hello! How are you lovely people doing? (Isn’t that sort of a rhetorical question though?)

I have some writing and photos for you today.

First up, Beauty from Ashes. Beauty from Ashes is a short story I’m working on. It’s basically a medley of Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, ’cause you’re never too old for fairy tales, right?

I’m still looking for a picture that fits my idea of Cinderella. :/ Hopefully next time I’ll have it.

Enjoy the first part!

__________________________________________________________

Beauty from Ashes

Part 1.

“Cinderella!” a whiny voice rang out from upstairs, “Come up here at once!”

I sighed. It was all I could do not to run out the door; not to run, run, run, and never come back. I would never have to answer to my stepsisters again. But I wouldn’t survive and I knew it. Even though my life was miserable here, at least I had a life, if you could call it that. I heaved my tired body up the winding staircase. With every step, the arguing voices grew louder.

“I said I wanted roses first!”

“Did not! You stole my idea!”

“Oh no I didn’t. You just won’t give me credit for anything, Anastasia!”

“That’s because you never have any good ideas! I’m going to have roses, whether you want me to or not. So there!”

“Motherrr!”

I could hear Lady Tremaine shushing her daughters. “Now girls. If you are ever to impress the Prince, you absolutely must control your tempers. Anastasia, you will have red roses, and Druscilla, you will have white ones. Listen to Mother, dears. Don’t be like that nasty Cinderella who never obeys anyone.” Lady Tremaine directed this last remark at me as I entered the room. Anastasia and Druscilla instantly forgot their enmity in their mutual delight at my poor, embarrassed face.

Lady Tremaine didn’t lose a beat. “Cinderella, go fetch twenty red roses and twenty white roses for your sisters. If they are to have dried flower crowns for the ball, we must start preparing them now. Go, child! Don’t just stand there looking stupid! Away with you!”

The girls snickered and turned back to their preparations. Oh how I wished I could join them! As the date of the Prince’s ball drew ever nearer, our household was in an uproar over the various preparations necessary to present Anastasia and Druscilla at their finest (which wasn’t saying much). But though I had begged and pleaded, Lady Tremaine refused to let me go to the ball. It was an unnecessary expense, she said. But the King had ordered all eligible maidens to come, I protested. She only scoffed at this, saying I was hardly “eligible” with my dusty, ash-stained face and dingy clothes. I chose not to point out that all that could be fixed with a bath and a new gown. I knew when I had lost. I knew because I always did lose and always had lost, ever since the day my father died.

I stomped outside, gritting my teeth to keep from exploding. At least I got to visit the forest. I picked my way sluggishly to the two lush rosebushes in the middle of our woods, trying to drag out my freedom. When I arrived, I plucked the roses as slowly as possible, carefully avoiding thorns. I had only gathered the red roses when a crackling noise made me freeze in mid-pluck. Some great animal was snuffling and stomping its way through the woods. It drew nearer and nearer to me, but I was afraid to turn around. My heart pounded madly in my chest like a captive bird desperate to escape. Finally the crackling stopped. The beast was so close I could feel its hot breath on my back.

I just had to turn around.

Immediately I wished I hadn’t. I was face to face with an enormous beast – what looked like a cross between a bear and a lion.

beast.jpg

It was by far the most terrifying thing I had ever seen. My breath came in ragged gasps; my sweaty hands clutched the roses as if to protect them.

Then the beast spoke.

“Who are you?” it questioned in a deep, growling, voice. If I hadn’t been terrified out of my wits before, I was now. A talking bear?

I gulped. “M-my name is Ella, Sir… Sir…”

“Call me Beast,” it snarled.

“My n-name is Ella, Beast.”

Beast growled menacingly. “Very well, Ella, give me one of your shoes.”

I blinked. “Excuse me? But, Sir – I mean, Beast, these are my only pair! My mother will be furious! Please, may I give you my hair ribbon or-”

“Your shoe. Give it to me.” His voice left no room for doubt. I passed him one of my forlorn slippers with trembling hands. He nodded and continued, “If you want this back, you must return to this place tomorrow at this time. Or else-” he opened wide his mouth and roared like a lion.

I shielded my face with my arm. Sweat plastered my yellow-gold hair to my head, and tears streamed down my dusty face. “Yes, yes Sir – I mean Beast. I will do that. I promise I will. Please, please may I go now?” Beast nodded his huge head.

I lost no time in racing back to the safety of home, sobbing with terror all the time. When I was halfway there it occurred to me that I hadn’t picked any white roses. Nevermind. I was NOT going back there, no matter how angry Druscilla would be.

But the worst part was, I had promised, and my promise was backed by the terrifying threat of the Beast’s roar. I had to go back tomorrow, like it or not.

Oh. No.

________________________________________________________________

There! I hope you liked that! It was a lot of fun to write. 🙂 More parts are coming up soon!

And now for my BIBPC entries. I know the first one is late, but since Megan is my sister, she’s already seen my photo. Yay for sisters! (Unless the sisters in question are Anastasia and Druscilla.)

BIBPC #4 – Category: Broken

DSCN9279 (1280x960).jpg

OH MY GOODNES IS HE NOT ADORABLE?! Oh. Right. Perhaps I should explain that the bunny isn’t “broken” like that. It’s just a technical way of saying “spotted.” And you thought… Shame on you! XD

This is one of our five baby bunnies, a. k. a. cuteness itself. I believe my brother Logan chose this one. He named it “Higgledy Piggledy” for some strange reason. Don’t look at me! XD Never fear, a bunny post is coming up soon with lots more juicy details and fluzzy pictures.

BIBPC #5 – Category: Old Things

079 (1280x960)

Last night we acquired a few lovely, ancient books from my great-grandma. One is called “Human Use Geography.” I find that quite funny. Human Use? As opposed to what, penguin use? XD But seriously, it’s a really neat book! There are notes and names and scribbles all throughout the book, and some pages are practically falling out.

060 (1280x960)065 (1280x960)063 (1280x960)069 (1280x960)070 (1280x960)

This would also have been a good photo for the “Broken” category. Broken is often quite beautiful, isn’t it? We’re all like old books in that way, I guess – broken but beautiful. 🙂

BABY BUNNIES!!!

Ahhhhhhhhhh!! I’m SO excited! Finally, finally Willow had babies! It was a few days past her “due date” and we had pretty much given up hope when my brother Jeff was cleaning out the cage and he saw something buried in the straw. You guessed it – it was tiny baby bunnies that Willow had hidden from us! There were six of them under a mound of straw and rabbit fur, but one was dead *sniff*. So now we have five teensy weensy little bunnies! Two are black, two are spotted, and one is white (although they may change color as they get older.)

They seem to be doing pretty well. Since we didn’t see when Willow had them, we’re not sure how old they are, but we think about 4 days old? Does anyone know? (By the way, here’s a neat video that shows baby bunnies growing up.)

Anyway, here are the pictures. Since they’re so tiny, they’re cute and ugly at the same time. 😛 They’re just starting to grow some velvety fuzz. ♥

Awww!

What do you think? Are they cute or ugly? Sometimes I think they’re adorable, and sometimes I think, “Why am I even holding this tiny ugly thing?” XD Have you ever had baby bunnies?

***Allison***

P. S. Megan did a post about the baby bunnies too. Check it out here!

Let’s Play a Little Game…

I was out taking pictures of the garden this morning when I had an idea. It’s garden season, so let’s play a little garden game…

The Rules:

Your job is to match 9 different flowers to the 9 different vegetables they produce. For instance “tomato and __ (insert number)” match, or “#1 and #__ ” match. One vegetable can match a flower from either collage. BUT! I’ve included one extra flower that does not match any of the vegetables to make things more interesting. 😛 Next Monday I shall reveal the answers and the winners (see below). It’s kinda similar to my sister’s “Name that Flower” game. As in Mystery Pictures, I won’t approve guess comments until I reveal the answers.

*Update* Oops! The 4th and 8th flower pictures were actually the same. Sorry about that! I fixed it, though. Thank you for telling me, Rapunzel!

The Points:

  • 1 point for each pair you match correctly
  • 1 bonus point for correctly telling me which flower is the trick flower
  • 2 bonus points for correctly identifying the trick flower
  • And no going outside in your garden to check your answers! (Or looking them up on Google. (Or Bing, Megan.) *Shakes finger*)

Ahem.

I’ll tell you the vegetables, and you tell me their matching flowers:

  1. Okra
  2. Cucumber
  3. Green Bean
  4. Tomato (I hope you knew that already)

Garden Game 2 (845x1280).jpg

5. Lima bean

6. Lettuce

7. Asparagus

8. Corn

9. Butternut Squash

Garden Game 1 (621x1280)

And here’s the extra flower which may either match one those vegetables up there, or it may be the trick flower. Who knows?

-Allison(garden game) 016 (1280x960)

I hope you enjoyed this slightly strange, random game; I know I’ll enjoy reading your guesses! 😀

Do you have a garden? Do you like gardening? What is your favorite of those veggies up there?

The View from the Roof

I’m back! 😀 We just got back from our vacation and it feels so good to be home. (And now I can blog again, hehe.) We had many fun times and some rather not so fun times, but I haven’t sorted all my pictures yet, so a vacation post will have to wait.

Until then, this Life on the Farm post should hold you over. 😛

Before our vacation our friends came over and we traipsed around on a big barn roof with them. It was lots of fun! The view was great from up there. There’s also this one shiny part of the roof that’s good for sliding on, so we did that a lot, then for some reason everyone started yodeling at the cows (don’t ask me why!). We played some board games on the roof as the sun set, then made the slightly scary descent down and went back home. *Happy sigh* Fun times.

The view from the roof:

P. S. Oh. My. Goodness. I HAVE 626 FOLLOWERS. SQUEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! I’m so happpppyyyyyyyy! That is like… impossible. Right? Yes it is… no it isn’t! Oh my goodness I can’t even believe it! I wouldn’t have nearly this many if my fairy house post hadn’t been featured on Discover, but it was, and I am so thankful. I’m SUPER astounded that this even happened! I mean, why choose me out of so many wonderful bloggers? Thank you, Lord, for giving me this wonderful, exciting opportunity, and help me to use it to your glory. ♥

P. P. S. Okay, this may be a little anti-climatic after all that, but Loren, it’s your turn for WordCrafters. I simply cannot wait to read the chapter you cook up – I know it’s gonna be great!
