I’m back with another adorable Sophia photoshoot! Sully was home when I took these, so it turned into sort of a daddy-daughter photoshoot – and I’m not mad about it. 😛 I hope these sweet pictures bring some sunshine and smiles to your day.

Our first real family vacation with a baby is in the books! It was fun, exhausting, and VERY COLD. We stayed on Chincoteague Island and visited a beach on Assateague as well. It was beautiful but of course quite windy and frigid – and I have now seen snow on a beach! We actually had to postpone our trip a day because of the incoming snowstorm. Enjoy these pretty seashore pictures and a little travel journal recap of our trip at the end.

This winter is working hard to make up for the past several snowless ones. We just got snow again yesterday, and this time I went out to capture individual snowflakes with my macro lens. Despite this month’s photoshoot happening indoors because of the cold, it turned out SO CUTE AND BEAUTIFUL, AHHH. Sophia is such a photogenic little girl. All my photographer mom dreams are coming true, hehe.

After multiple nearly snowless winters, we finally got a good snowstorm the other day! It was quickly followed by rain, so the snow didn’t stay pretty for long, but the ice that followed was beautiful in its own way too. I had a lot of fun tramping around in my snow boots to get some sparkly pictures for you guys.

As an early Thanksgiving gift, you get another Sophia post! 😀 We’ve been super busy recently between me getting strep throat, preparing for our first trip with a baby (a vacation with Sully’s family this week), and lots of Etsy orders + window washing jobs for peak season. I really wanted to get some pictures of Sophia before we left for the trip though, and managed to squeeze them in yesterday.
