Hello friends!
My family just got the cutest little black lab puppy which they named Pepper after much deliberation. I brought my camera to the farmhouse the other day to get some pictures for you guys and I love how they turned out! Get ready for some day-brightening photos. 🙂
Pepper was in the garden with Mom, romping around and being mischievous. You can’t tell it from her sweet puppy face though, can you?
She has such a sweet, bright personality. Most labs do I guess, but Pepper is definitely no exception.
I think the cutest part about puppies is when they get all tired out and cuddly. They’re so fun to hold when they’re droopy, you know?
Pepper was guarding Mom’s dahlias… or more like sampling them. Bad puppy!
A look of repentance…
Pepper likes to stop and smell the flowers…
…And chew on a couple of flower stems. She’s like a little black bear in this one, don’t you think? 😛
She looked darling among the pretty pink flowers.
We brought her back up to meet Chessie and Logan – and to be entertained by her rope toy.
“Play with me? Pleeeease?” Such sad puppy eyes.
Black animals are super hard to photograph – but they’re cute when the lighting works out!
Tired already…
We’ll end with one of my favorite pictures of her. Such a sweet pup.

Awwww -ww…Too sweet!! I had the joy of growing up with a black lab and she was the most wonderful friendly family pet. Pepper is adorable.

She really is adorable. Aww that’s great! Our previous dog was a yellow lab and they are indeed wonderful family pets.

I love the golden labs too — our female lab had two or three litters and one golden pup in her litters. They really are the friendliest dogs, great protectors and watch dogs, and super playful. 🥰

Aww you guys raised puppies? That sounds adorable! I think yellow or red are my favorite colors for labs – what about you? Yes, I definitely agree with you on that!

Yes, I love them all. Our dog was a great Momma, and I think she had one rare coloured light gold that was almost silver. All the pups found homes.

oh wow she is adorable! And pepper is such a perfect name for her! My family just got another dog, and named him Cash a after Johnny Cash and he is just a puppy as well. those puppy eyes…

We named our other dog Rhett after Thomas Rhett so we though Cash would be perfect. Cash is a black mouthed cur and hound mix and Rhett is a Pit and hound mix. Is Pepper pure bred or a mix?

HAHA! Six dogs would be a lot. I helped delivery hay to one customer that had nine dogs. O.o
