If you’ve been following my blog for a long time, you’ll know I used to live on a dairy/poultry/crop farm. I’ve missed the myriad photography opportunities that entails. My family still lives on a farm, though, and Sully’s family owns a raw milk operation comprising several small dairies. I got to photograph their cows the other day which brought back many fond memories. 🙂

Happy Good Friday and almost-Easter! I don’t have any deep Easter posts for you this year, just cute springy duckling pictures. Last week Sully and I finally got to visit Aria (my matron-of-honor at my wedding, remember?) and her husband Andrew. It was a 14 hour drive, thus why I hadn’t made it before on my own. But we had a grand adventure of car camping, “icecuum,” fuzzy baby birds, and a photoshoot. Enjoy this small travel journal!

I finally got to take Sully to the county fair I enjoyed every summer a kid. So many good memories… We drove there last Saturday along with my cousins and most of my siblings. It was a super fun afternoon filled with cute animals, free chickens, funnel cakes, scary drop towers, and more.

I have a CUTENESS OVERLOAD for you guys today, oh my! Carmen’s rabbit had four baby bunnies and they are possibly the most adorable things ever. Carmen and Sully helped me take pictures of them yesterday at golden hour and I ended up with some darling pictures I think you guys will greatly enjoy. 🙂
