Some Clayations :)

Today I shall show you some of my many polymer clay creations (or “clayations” XD ).

First up, I started a little collectible series on my Etsy shop called Tiny Turtle Collectibles. They are mini turtles with unique and fun shells. The only collection I have up so far is the Sweet Treat collection. Here they allย are:

Little cuties. ๐Ÿ™‚ From left to right: Sprinkles, Cocoa Cupcake, Chippy, and Sundae Monday. (Sundae Monday, Sundae Monday, Sunday Monday… it’s so fun to say. XD ) Here’s a close-up of Chippy:

If you’d like to see more pictures of the teeny-tiny turtles, take a peek atย my Etsy shop! The link is up there โ†‘ somewhere… aw, I’ll just give it to you again. ๐Ÿ™‚ Wee Little Crafts

I made this lil’ cardinal for my grandma for her birthday:

And I made this bluebird pencil pal for my cousin’s birthday:

I put this birdie pencil pal in my shop. (It’s a blue bird but not a bluebird. XD )

Yet another bird. (Wow, I didn’t realize I made so many birds. XD ) This guy’s name is Oliver.

A mini fairy-village:

I’m kind of proud of the next thing. ๐Ÿ˜› This is a little Noah’s Ark. Iย was so excitedย when someone bought it the same night I listed it on my shop! ๐Ÿ˜€

And lastly, my current masterpiece. XD XP After seeing this adorable doll made by Julia, I decided to try my own. I was going to make it a baby doll, but… as you can, see, it didn’t turn out like that. Although she’s not nearly as cute as Julia’s, I still really like how she turned out. ๐Ÿ™‚ I want to do a photoshoot of her sometime. When I do that post, I’ll show more detailed photos and tell about her a bit more. (If you’re wondering why, in the last picture, she has a hole in her ear, it’s because I’m still working on earrings for her. ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

If you’d like to see more of my clayations, check out this post,ย and/orย type “polymer clay” inย the search box on my blog sidebar.

I hope you enjoyed this clayish post. ๐Ÿ˜€ Which thing was your favorite?

P. S. I just listened to “Camp Granada” by Allan Shermanย and “Ebay” by Weird Al.ย They areย hilarious songs, especially “Ebay.” XDย Have you ever heard them? If not, you should. XD

    1. Oh, and Weird Al is awesome. XD Your etsy shop is amazing. I love the sloth pencil pal, one of the kids in my class is obsessed with sloths and he would go crazy if he saw that. ๐Ÿ˜›

    1. Oh, thank you heaps, Clara! I’m so glad you like them! Um, yeah! I think I could probably do that! Do you have a certain time you want it by? If I work on it hard I can probably get it done in a day or two. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for asking!

              1. HOORAY!!! You’re welcome! Could you maybe send me a picture of how big the little unicorn is? I just LOVE him! ๐Ÿ˜€

P.S. I've narrowed it down to one of the turtles or the little unicorn. ๐Ÿ˜›

  3. Oh my gosh, these are amazing! The detail in them is incredible, you must have so much patience (those animals on the ark, wow!). Your doll turned out so adorable, I especially love how you did the hair and freckles, and how her dress even ties at the back. You should be very proud! ^_^

  4. Wooow! Those are so beautiful and cute!!! ๐Ÿ™‚ NICE! I love the noah’s ark one!!! ๐Ÿ˜€ That doll is really neat too though!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. That Noah’s ark is amazing! And you inspired me (again!) to make a doll like yours! Mind if I post about my inspired doll on my blog? I was kinda shocked when I looked back at this post, because I think I chose a very similar hair color! Oops! I’m not trying to copy your details, the hair color just appealed to me in the store I guess.! o_O ๐Ÿ˜›

    1. Thanks so much, Gracie! No, not at all! I’d love to see your doll! Could you send me a link to your post when you’re finished?
Aww, that’s totally fine. I don’t care at all. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m just glad I could inspire you!

  6. Hi Allison, I was wondering how much clay it took you to make that doll! She’s so cute, and I’m hoping to make one of my own. I was also wondering how tall yours turned out to be!

    1. Hey, Hannah! Oh that’s great, and thanks! I hope your doll turns out well. ๐Ÿ™‚ Unfortunately I don’t remember exactly how much clay it took, although I would guess a little more than one of the Premo packages that come in the variety pack you got. You could either mix the skin tone yourself to get more clay or just buy a larger individual pack from Michael’s or Amazon. ๐Ÿ™‚ Also you could shape her face around a small ball of aluminum foil to conserve clay. And as for her height… I don’t have her at our new farm, but I think she’s around… six inches perhaps? I hope that helps!
