This January has been unseasonably warm so I haven’t seen snow yet, but we have gotten a few morning frosts. I actually took these photos last month and have been waiting to share them. I had a lot of fun wandering around my parent’s farm and spotting little gems just waiting to be captured by a camera.

It was a freezing, rainy day when Rose and her cousin walked down to the pavilion to get a snack, and instead found Devin down on one knee. I was hiding behind the woodpile with my camera, trying not to let too much rain soak through my boots… But the uncomfortable weather was worth it because Rose said yes! And we got cute pictures!

Sully and I took a walk around my family’s farm a couple weeks ago to find greenery for Christmas decorating. The day turned out to be absolutely beautiful, with golden hour light fading into a glorious sunset and ending with the farmhouse wrapped in warm string lights. I wanted to take you guys along with me so you could enjoy the peaceful scenery too!
